KNIFE IS DEFECTIVE

Knife is extremely sharp. Good in my hand. Very precise with onions or other vegetables. Looks beautiful, and quality. But, big minus is KNIFE IS NOT STRAIGHT. Everything can be seen by pictures.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful knife, I love the styling. I was surprised how light it feels in my hand. It is extremely sharp, and cuts great. This will be my new favorite knife.

Excellent knife. Precisely what I had been looking for. The handle fits nicely in the hand and the blade is extremely strong yet thin enough for delicate slicing. This has become essential for my day to day at work. A simple elegant beauty.
