You always need an extra carving knife around the holidays and this knife is perfect.
I ordered one for myself and one for a gift when we need it. Its made from high quality stainless steel no tarnishing or rusting. Super sharp and can get through any meat gracefully. When your done toss is in the dishwasher!

Nice carving knife

A good Carving knife, great for slicing meats like turkeys, ham. A great starter knife collection for newbies, such as young aspiring chefs, the carving knife is a nice alternative large blade to use if you don’t want to use the smaller Utility knife. Nice handles on the knife, contours nicely to the high carbon German stainless steel blade. The German stainless steel won’t be prone to rusting or tarnishing.

Carving just got easier with this lightweight, Dynamic blade. Equipped with a comfortable handle and sharp blade, this knife ensures a controlled grip and efficient carving. Durable across the board, you can't go wrong with this knife.

Great for roasts and a Thanksgiving turkey. Excellent quality steel and high-end construction at an amazing price. This knife features a triple riveted sculpted handle and the blade runs from the tip through to the end of the handle all for stable and safe use. This knife will hold its edge and can be resharpened to make sure its ready to go for all your special meals. Dishwasher safe, but I recommend hand-washing to keep the looking like new.

Long, lean carving knife for slicing long, lean slices of meats and poultry. This is also a good choice for slicing vegetables. Great for slicing watermelon, honey dew and cantaloupe. The blade is thin, sharp and well balanced. I like the curved bolster for full use of the blade. Perfect for full length slices. The classic three rivet handle is comfortable to hold. Great value for a fantastic knife

A traditional three riveted handle with a stamped blade resulting in a lighter weight knife. This long slender blade makes an easy task of carving and slicing large portions of roasted or grilled meats.
