Beautiful Color, but Unexpected Glaze Issue

I received the Staub Cast Iron - Round Cocotte, 4 qt, Citron last week.
The color is absolutely beautiful and I really love it.
However, I noticed that the lid and the interior have a mix of matte black and Citron enamel glaze.
This has never happened with any of the Staub pieces I've purchased before.
I requested an exchange because I thought it might be a defect, but they said it’s not considered defective. I did not purchase a Visual Imperfection (VI) item, and there was no mention of this kind of glaze issue in the product photos or description.
I was also disappointed with their exchange service experience. I'm now debating whether to return it.
If you're planning to buy the Citron color, please be aware of this.

I have 5.5 Qt. red one and it is great but too heavy. So I got this one. I love it. It is much more suitable for our family of two. The yellow collar is also a nice color.
