[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this is a really nice knife. Precision fit to handle full tang. Love the curved spine. Makes it feel very nice. I sure hope the blade holds up!

I love this 5.5-in prep knife, I use for all my prep work, also great for slicing and peeling fruit and vegetables, comfortable to hold and always stays sharp
