Why did I wait so long

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife cuts like butter has a nice weight & a good grip. I love how it cuts easily . I just wish I had no waited so long. I will definitely be getting others now. This was a good start one I will & do use several times a day

This is a multi-purpose knife. It handles mincing and chopping of delicate items (herbs, shallots, garlic), nicely slices tomatoes without crushing them, but can also cut meat and cheese as well as fruits and vegetables. It's very comfortable to use, is weighted nicely to give you control to cut with precision. Great value for a knife made with high quality German stainless steel.
