[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used Henckels knives for 30 years. Still love the fit in my hands and excellent control . You have changed the handle a little , but still have a perfect grip.

This is a multi-purpose knife. It handles mincing and chopping of delicate items (herbs, shallots, garlic), nicely slices tomatoes without crushing them, but can also cut meat and cheese as well as fruits and vegetables. It's very comfortable to use, is weighted nicely to give you control to cut with precision. Great value for a knife made with high quality German stainless steel.
