This prep knife is one of the blades I think is necessary to have in the kitchen. The size and the shape make it the perfect little knife to use for almost any medium to small prep task. This Classic handle is ergonomic for a comfortable grip and the German-steel blade stays mega-sharp for all of your cutting needs.

Excellent prep knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm just a home chef but this knife had definitely upped my mise en place game, and overall cookery. It's a very functional knife and although I haven't had it long, has shown no signs of wear so far.
