Henckels are the best knives

So versatile...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Henckels 5.5 inch Prep Knife is high quality, it stays sharp, but I especially like it's versatility. It's great for cutting meat and chopping veggies. Not too big and not too small, so I use it for many things, including to de-bone chicken and filet fish. I am extremely pleased with this knife.
