[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that the handle is easy and it’s not too big and that it is extremely sharp I just had to hand surgeries and I can still use this to chop vegetables!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Henckels have been my favorite for years, and when I can...I treat myself to another to add to my collection. They feel so good in my hand that I "find" things needing cut. And OMG!, they are literally as sharp as a razor..!

Lightweight and precise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The handle isn’t as big and heavy as other knives I have owned or used, which in my opinion is great. The cut is very precise leaving me with clean cuts with what I am cutting whether it is veggies or meats. The dimples on the sides help a lot to keep the food from sticking on too much.
All in all a great knife and definitely going to look more into more Henckles collections!!
