This pan has the extra height you need for sides with lots of liquid to start, like beans or rice. Pan is made from stainless steel that surrounds an aluminum core that heats up quickly and evenly. The ceramic coating is completely chemical free and can with stand temperatures up to 400F. A pour spout and straining lid make it easy to separate liquids from food.

Nice taller size for a saucepan

This is a great saucepan. This saucepan has a much more durable ceramic nonstick that will last longer and is more scratch resistant. This is a great size because of the fact that it’s taller, so great for adding more liquid into the pan if making soups. I love that the lid has a strainer design to it and that the sides of the saucepan has pouring spouts. The tri-ply construction of this saucepan is really well made and has a nice weight to it. I like the functionality of the Energy Plus, it’s combining the best of both stainless and nonstick cookware: durability, heat retention, healthy cooking and easy cleaning.

Nice 2qt. saucepan that is the perfect size for everyday cooking. The new Ceraforce nonstick ceramic coating cooks evenly and food doesn't stick. Like everything about it and such a very good value for this quality.

The Zwilling Energy plus line of cookware is a triple play!
Aluminum center core with stainless steel clad and a long loasting, duarble ceramic nonstick coating!
I use this pan on a regular basis and continue to be impressed by its performance.
This is my go to pot for soups, sauces and cooking small batches of pasta and vegetables. I love the addition of the straining lid! Perfect for cooking hard boiled eggs.
Great conductivity which is means your foods will cook faster, more evenly and use less energy. Great choice for induction stove tops.
Easy to use and clean thanks to the durable non stick ceramic surface.
High performance and super comfortable to hold.

I love that this pan has taller sides; it makes it so much more versatile for pasta and larger vegetables.
It has a three layer design with an aluminum core, one of the best heat conductors. They brown beautifully and cook even, no hot spots. The handle has a V-shaped design that helps disperse heat.It has a pouring spout and straining glass lid...ingenious! The non-stick coating is the next generation of ceramic coatings. It is the greenest, healthiest non-stick option available. This new version boasts higher heat tolerance as well as being extremely durable and metal utensil safe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a quality pan. The ceramic coating is first rate. Clean up is a breeze. Treat them with care and it will last a long time. No high heat without liquid. No metallic utensils. No abrasive scrub pads. You are good to go.
