Amazing Cleaver - no meat is a problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The weight of the cleaver and handle are comfortable when wielding the knife. There is no slippage when chopping. This knife is great for cutting up whole chickens. It cuts right through with no problems. Also great for chopped beef when we smoke a brisket.

Finally got a cleaver!
