Amazing Cleaver - no meat is a problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The weight of the cleaver and handle are comfortable when wielding the knife. There is no slippage when chopping. This knife is great for cutting up whole chickens. It cuts right through with no problems. Also great for chopped beef when we smoke a brisket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This clever is actually a really handy thing to have in the kitchen not only does it break bones but it can slice meat really thin and evenly. Also you can chop veggies easily as well. Highly recommend
