[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cleaver knife does a great job for chopping and breaking bones on variety of meats. It was my first own Henckels knife. It feels very comfortable on the handle. I am very satisfy with this purchase, very good value, no compliant.

Very Sturdy

This Meat Cleaver is extremely durable and cuts through bones with little effort. Nice weight, and comfortable grip which makes it easy to use Also great for chopping tons of vegetables for soups, stews and stir fry.

Strong but need more sharpening

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The blade is thick and reliable. But the blade is not well finished as a new knife should be. However, this is easily fixed after some work with sharpening.
