Great Tool

Love working with this cleaver. Great for hacking through hard bones and caucuses, as well as chopping, and dicing vegetables. Made in Spain with high carbon German steel which makes it well priced too.

Great cleaver for poultry bones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the build and quality of the knife. Cuts through meat like butter. Cut poultry bones with much ease than cheaper cleaners. Hasn't chipped or dented as if now so I feel its gonna hold up good
