A meat cleaver hat works!

A meat cleaver that actually works. Handle are so comfortable and heavy duty to cut every bones in that meat. This is one of the essential to have along with your kitchen tools.

This is a great cleaver, it's thick, heavy and built out of high end stainless steel. Works great for chicken, ribs and anything in between.

I like this one for the size - not too big for my hand! Cuts all meats and also fruits or veggies w/a hard rind - melons and squash. Easy to hold and comfortable.

Exceptional Value

You can't go wrong with this Classic meat cleaver. It's heavy enough to chop through any bones but light enough that I can use it for large, hard vegetables. I have other knives in the Classic line and they are such an exceptional value. It's as close as you can get to the knives made in Germany (made in Spain) at a fraction of the cost. They are definitely built to last a lifetime.

Strong Sharp Cleaver

This is a handy knife to have for cutting up whole chicken, portioning meat or for tough vegetables like squash. The strong, broad blade is sharp and makes those tasks much easier.

I really liked this cleaver and does a great job on Chicken bones. It is heavy enough to do most of the work for you but not too heavy to lift. It's much more satisfying to take apart a chicken yourself instead of buying a fryer cut up,. The meat justs taste fresher and you have a little more control on size of the pieces. This cleaver does what it needs too. My husband uses it on ribs as well and has no complaints!

This meat cleaver works wonderfully. It has enough weight and sharpness to easily cut through your meat. I love that this value line is made in Spain and not China.
