Replacing ALL my older knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased TWO Cleavers. It is a replacement for one that is 30 years old. I've been able to chop meats & vegetables with ease. A HENCKEL blade remain sharp for a long time. I've purchased numerous knives to complete my collection.
Carving fork, (boning 5.5 & carving 8" ) knife, Knife set 4, Knife set 5. I am very happy with my purchase.

Excellent knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As usual, Henkels knives are well made. The tang runs all the way through the handle for good strength. It's well balanced and feels solid for cutting through chicken which is all I've used it for so far. Looking forward to many years of use.
