This is the "just right" paring knife

This was exactly the size paring knife I was missing in my Henckels collection--not too long, not too short, just right. I imagine this will become my paring knife of choice, unless I'm slicing something very small or very large. It has all of the Henckels features and quality that I expected, and look forward to using it for years to come.

This is a sharp, durable paring knife. Perfect for slicing small fruits and vegetables. I also like to use this knife for peeling. It's my go knife for peeling, coring and slicing apples.

These make great gifts, stocking stuffers, gift basket add-ins and also good gift you yourself if you do not have a paring knife. Great deal on these and for one of the most used knives in the kitchen.

This 4 inch pairing knife is a very lightweight, balanced knife due to the stamped construction and full tang. This knife works well for slicing, dicing, etc. It has a very comfortable grip and very sharp blade.

I like the shape of this knife. Its made from high-quality stainless steel so no tarnishing. Also made from a single piece of steel, its durable yet flexible. Super sharp and can do any paring you throw at it. Fits comfortably in any hand. Did I mention - dishwasher safe.
