Peel and slice fruit. Create garnishes. Or complete any small cutting task with this lightweight stamped paring knife.

Sharpe knife that always looks dirty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great cutting knife but no matter what you do the steel looks smudged always. I bought this to replace a 10 year Zwilling Artis knife that broke while I was trying to cut a big piece of fried pork belly. This knife is bigger than that paring knife. Overall, I am not a fan of the hilt being different than the rest of my Zwilling Artis knife, and the smudging that I may give this to the mother in law and buy a Zwilling gourmet version.

Dynamic is more than just the name, it's a great way to describe this 4" paring knife too! It has a comfortable handle and sharp blade, ideal for taking on smaller, more detailed prep work.
