Wonderful design and quality

I wanted to try something a little different and ended up loving these more than I thought I would. I wouldn't call this a "serving platter" though. It's a plate/bowl for one person that happens to be oval shaped instead of round. I've used this for an asparagus casserole and it was the perfect shape, and often find myself reaching for it over my regular bowls and plates. Since it's not listed on the product page, I'll tell you that the capacity is exactly the same as the 4.5" Small Universal Bowl, which is .42 quarts. The flared rim makes it look a little bigger than it is.

White or Green?

I bought both colors. The White one looks simple and versatile, but maybe a bit boring. The Green one has more textures. I always trust Ziwilling's quality.
