Beautiful, great weight, and sharp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is actually my second knife…my original knife disappeared after a party (probably someone thought it was so beautiful). Nice and sharp, good weight, great size and easy to use. Do not put in dishwasher to maintain the beautiful wood handle.

Beautiful Knife

I have other Japanese and German knives and this paring knife is superior to the others, thicker than my other Japanese knives. Glad I gave the Euroline a try, I will be adding more to my collection.

Nice Looking Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife is awesome looking. Sharpened on a strop as soon as I received. The only negative that I have found is the finish adds resistance to the food you are cutting.

Great addition to set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This small knife has the same beautiful and sharp Damascus blade as the others in the line. While the smallest knife in the set, this is my go-to choice when I want to quickly slice an apple or other fruit.
