Melts Into Your Hands

This knife melts into your hands. It is the most comfortable paring knife I have ever used. Bob Kramer bevels all the edges of the knife (of course not the blade edge) for a more comfortable feel. SG2 steel produces a superior sharp blade.

The most beautiful paring knife

Kramer has created a beautiful and amazing collection with the Damascus. The paring knife looks amazing, with the chevron design of the 100 layers of the SG2 steel. The black micarta wood goes so well with the blade aesthetic. This is a great paring knife, really cuts, peels anything with ease.

The contoured handle on this Kramer paring knife is extremely comfortable. Micarta handle material is moisture resistant for a firm and safe grip. Striking 101 layer damascus patterned blade with exceptional sharpness.

The right hand knife to your chef knife... if you’re, and you should, going to own a paring knife; you might as well do it in style! This is bar-none a great little worker, the style and design that compliment a Kramer is what gives it its own appeal.

The 101 layered chevron Damascus on this blade really sets it apart from other Asian style parers. Black Micarta handle feels smooth and secure in the hand and has a perfect balance. Truly a beautiful crafted knife from Bob Kramer.
