Demeyere is definitely Professional Quality; the 7 layer pan cooks beautifully and the pan always looks like new. Whatever I use it for everything is fantastic

This pan is perfect for making delicate sauces, rice, soup, and pasta. The pan heats up fast and holds the heat. Clean up is a breeze I just use my sink sprayer and everything comes right off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is one of my favorite stainless steel lines ever! This saucier provides exceptional browning and heating retention. Perfect size for a small family. Easy to use, easy to clean.

Well made, just right size for my gas burners. The lid looks a bit smaller but in fact covers everything as needed. Definitely an upgrade for me!
