Countertop Oven Cocotte

This 1-qt cocotte will fit in most countertop ovens. It is perfect for smaller portions, appetizers, sides and desserts. Staub's black enameled interior is optimal for braising and browning and the lids with continuous self-basting spikes make for tender, moist, and flavorful dishes.

Perfect little oval cocotte

This is the perfect little oval dutch oven for roasting small portions of chicken, veggies. The lid is nice and heavy, really helps prevent heat and moisture from escaping, creating an amazing meal every time. Love the Graphite color too, a great aesthetic for any kitchen.

Great for side dishes for a crowd, or for smaller servings for one with leftovers. It is a great size for chili, stews, beans, mac 'n cheese, and the leftovers can be stored right in the cocotte in the fridge, then straight to the stove or oven to heat up the leftovers! Compatable with all heat sources as well!

Love the shape and size of this cocotte. The 4 cup capacity is perfect for sides and smaller batches of stew. It is everything you would expect from a Staub. The innovative black matte interior will self season over time and will resist food from sticking to the bottom. Heats evenly and stays consistent throughout the cooking process. The tight fitting lid with the dimples aids in continuous flow of moisture.

Nice oval Staub Cocotte for one pot meals or cooking a chicken in. I just add all the spices and let it cook for several hours and it comes out delicious.
Also like that it's oven safe up to 500 degrees.

I love this oval cocotte! It is great for pastas, braising meats, vegetables, or other single or two serve dishes! Depending on how much you eat. The grey is a beautiful color and something that can be used year round.

They say good things come in small packages and this is a good example! Perfect for smaller side dishes or for 1-2 people. You can virtually cook anything in these - heat chicken, potatoes, make 1 pot meals, rice and pastas. The moisture stays locked in, due to the spikes or dots on the lids. So nothing is dried out when serving!
