Smaller version of the amazing 7" santoku. A little shorter and lighter, but still super sharp and comfortable handle. Slices thin as paper.

A great little santoku - perfect for quick vegetable chops. Made from FC61 steel the knife blade is so durable it can even go through small bones. You will love the traditional Japanese octagon handle, fits nicely in all hands.
