Beautiful, light, and sharp!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The MIYABI Koh Santoku Knife is my first Japanese knife.
It is exceptionally sharp, beautiful, light (106g), and easy to handle. It is small enough to be transported and large enough to be used on a daily basis. The ergonomic handle design has a comfortable and secure grip.
Straight out of the box, its edge makes slicing through any ingredient effortless. It is precise and clean cuts every time. The blade and the elegant handle make this knife a stunning addition to my kitchen.
