Staub minis make for great individual servings, be it a crab mornay stew, rich risotto side dish, or molten chocolate lava cake for dessert. Chill these cast iron cocottes in the freezer and use for serving butter or sour cream. Also makes an attractive salt well or sugar bowl. The possibilities are endless.

I purchased these for individual servings of french onion soup. I like them better than ceramic ones because they can go up to 500F in the oven. I also use 3 together as a condiments server.

This size is great for mis en place while cooking, for storing salt near your stove, or for individual servings for family gatherings. They go from oven to table easily and look great on the table. I collect them in all different colors to mix and match!

This a a smaller version of the dutch ovens I serve food in for dinner. this carries over and I often use it to serve warm appetizers, my favorite cooking and serving piece for my crab souffle appetizer, for 3-4 people, the crab is so rich no one eats more than a few scoops as an appetizer. If you serve it anything larger it just gets lost. This way it browns nicely on the top and presents with toast points perfectly.

Fun to serve individual mac and cheese, scalloped potatoes or peach cobbler. Makes your guests feel so special. Just wish the price was more reasonable to purchase multiples.

I love using these little guys as salt and pepper bowls! Of course they are ideal for personal-sized brownies too but it's so cute and easy to have them as pinch bowls for my S&P!
