This is a good value boning knife. I would recommend this for a new cook or college student. It is sharp and easy to use!

great boning knife for the value

The forged blade is thin and very sharp. I can get in close to the bone with ease and have little waste. The rounded handle is very comfortable to hold in any position. The blade stays sharp for a long time and is easy to maintain. Another quality product from Henckels.

This is a good value priced boning knife because it is forged so it feels sturdy and secure while using it to remove skin and bones from fish and meat. The handle is a little larger than some knives so you can get a nice hold of it in the palm of your hand.
