Forged Elite is a value line of Henckels, but performs just as well as cutlery three times the price. Made with German steel and fully forged, the knife is well balanced and has a nice substantial weight to it. The full tang makes it extremely durable, and the metal cap on the tip adds design and more weight.
I use this knife on a weekly basis, fabricating whole chickens, into chicken parts, Much cheaper than having the butcher do this, with identical results thanks to this knife.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Boning Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very sharp blade and comfortable handle. We use it mostly on fish (deskinning) and cutting up chicken. Good weight for a boning knife. Not too heavy, not too light.love it!
