The great mini round cocotte!

This is a great mini round cocotte for serving individual dishes, desserts, for melting cheese or making sauces, or serving side dishes. With it being cast iron, it does a great job heating up quickly and retaining that heat. The lid can be used in the cooking process to help self-bast and not let whatever you are making dry out. A great versatile piece that can go from stove to oven to table. With it being enameled, you don’t have to worry about seasoning the cocotte after every use, super convenient!
I would recommend this to a friend!
