Great family-sized, multi-purpose pan!

I bought this saute pan because my family needed something bigger than what we had at home. I love how heavyweight it is, the fact that it's all stainless steel (and naturally PFAS free) and has the moisture-lock lid *and* bonus steamer/fryer basket. I've already used it for a wide variety of dishes from fried chicken to steamed asparagus to a large batch of beans. A new go-to pan, that I know will last. Well worth the money!

I'm having trouble giving this pan an actual review, because i haven't gotten a chance to use it for it's intended use. Right after I got it, the lid shattered (no fault of Henckels), and the company does not offer a replacement lid. I love the concept of the pan... I just can't use it until I find a comparable lid.
