This is a nice set of forged stainless steel knifes that are well balanced and stay sharp. This block has a built in mechanism that automatically sharpens the knife edge during every removal.

We finally did and wow, I wish we would have gotten them years ago. They fit so nicely in your hand, very well balanced and are beautiful to look at. Thank you.
