Can't stand vacuum

I really like the shape, at first glance the tray is strong, but in a few uses with a vacuum, the walls of the vessel have bent and no longer hold the vacuum, that is, now it's just a piece of plastic without a lid
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased two of these. One works perfectly, the other does not maintain a vacuum. How do I obtain a replacement?
