[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have the whole butcher block set of knives. Love them! Lost some of the steak knives with packing lunches and (adult) children snatching up our stuff. Henckels makes an amazing product! Got my mother a whole butcher block set a couple years ago as a gift. Super sharp every time due to the built in sharpener in the block. My mother has neuropathy in her hands so she needs to be very cautious when slicing things. My husband, on the other hand, does NOT have neuropathy, but was just cutting pizza carelessly, and they both cut their hands with those knives, on separate occasions. If you’re looking for a very sharp set of knives when you’re working in the kitchen, these are great! Just be aware they are very sharp, as advertised.
We were replacing some steak knives, but the whole set is totally worth the money. Happy slicing!
