These are sharp enough to smoothly cut but not too sharp that they are dangerous to use.

Knives that will last a lifetime

These knives have a great hand feel. They are lightweight but easily glide through your choice of meat. They certainly live up to the Henckel name as an excellent product. I am extremely happy I chose these steak knives. I expect to utilize them for many years.
