Excellent Steak Knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like - blades are sharp. Serrations bite and cut into meat well. Blade and tang are securely joined to the scales (handles).
Dislike - the blades are a little thin making them too easy to flex and bend. A little bit too pricey for what you get per pack of only four knives. Handles could be a little more ergonomic.
