These are the sharpest knives I've ever owned. I'm amazed at the difference in my other knives and the Zwilling Pro knives. I would have given them 5 stars if not for the scratched block.

Simply the best knives that ever worked in our kitchen. My wife and I do a lot of cooking and baking. We entertain often. We had been putting up with an old knife set. After much research the Zwilling Pro was our conclusion. Should have replaced with Zwillling Pros long ago. What a please these knives are to work with! Balanced. Sharp. With handles that fit rather than fight our hands. Makes prep work so much easier!
