I have all of the staub utensils and this is one of my favorite. I use it for stirring the pot, also as a tasting spoon! So many functions for one tool

Funny looking function

I didn't think this 'spoon' would work. Until I tried it. It's excellent to cook with! It stirs, scrapes, scoops even flips in a pinch. Gets into the groove of saucepans. The silicone is heat resistant to 450-degrees so you can cook with it. Won't scratch non-stick surfaces.

unique size and shape for stirring deep stews and soups. I like that you have more length to this spoon..most of the time, you end up with the handle covered in sauce or gravies. Comfortable handle- great Staub spoon! try using this spoon the next time you make chili!

Great Scooper Size!

This reminds me of my grandmother back home. I remember using this large extra long and wide spoon that looks like this. It is a perfect use to scoop grains and flour from a sack or a large bag of rice, sugar, beans, dried herbs, flour and etc. It is also perfect tool to scoop, mix and stir cooked rice, salad, fruits, and just about anything. An excellent serving spoon at a family dinner and parties. A very useful addition to my kitchen tools.
