love, love this color. So vibrant! I I use these for prep as well as for sweet and savory custards. they baked beautifully in a bain-marie.

A great ice cream bowl for two!!! It is also perfect for baking purposes, desserts, and candy bowls! Excellent combo bowls for salt and pepper for easy and fast access when cooking as well as mini mixing bowls, this is why it is a prep bowls..!!! I use these strictly as prep bowls although I'm sure there are plenty of other uses. I love my blue enamel Staub ceramic and cast iron and I find it a treat to have matching prep bowls! I measure spices, lemon juice, white wine and more into these as I'm preparing a dish or baking. They clean up nicely.

I love Staub ceramics they are great quality plus oven and dishwasher safe. We use this size for things that I’ve prepped but we also use them for dips and nuts.

These prep bowls can be used for more than prepping. My kids use them for all kinds of snacks, I use them to serve condiments or sauces in and hubby uses them for individual desserts, like crisps or cobblers. They are freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher safe.
