This is the perfect cleaver. Too many cleavers are heavy and rely on that weight to cut through. This one relies on the quality of the blade. The German steel and construction produce a strong sharp blade that is easy to maintain. The handle is comfortable and gives me confidence when using it. I love the traditional three rivet design with the Zwilling logo on the center rivet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Over 25 years of using Zwilling knives

Have wanted one for a long time and wished I would of purchased this knife years ago.
I love this new tool and would highly recommend having this in your butcher block.

Great addition to my set!

Easy to handle to for smaller items but larger enough to cut through larger cuts of meat with no problem. Perfection.
