Neede a meat cleaver to complete the set

Plus I had an open spot in my block that would hold it!

Sharpness bring me to the next level of cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this brand for over 10 years. Because we love soups, I made my own broth and this knife makes my life easier when I need to cut the whole chicken myself. One swing and voilaaaa... to pieces and pot! Love it

Great addition to my set!

Easy to handle to for smaller items but larger enough to cut through larger cuts of meat with no problem. Perfection.
