Terrific Tapas!

Love this dish for small dish cooking and grazing. Great for me when hubby was traveling and I wanted a quick dessert or a couple of small portions. Would make a recipe - cook one off for me, then freeze the other. (Remember to thaw before cooking otherwise the timing gets messed up.) Great for serving snacks around the house for parties. Made quick frittatas once. The came out beautifully, but be prepared to work fast!
Beautifully crafted so serving in them in the part of the joy.

I use these for serving warm dips and baked brie mostly. Since it heats quickly and evenly, it makes serving a breeze and cleaning is easy also.

This 6 inch round gratin baking dish is great for dips, appetizers, small sides, melting butter, and so much more! It is a great versatile tool for the kitchen with such quality it will last a lifetime.

This gratin is perfect for individual side serving. It's black matte finish on the inside of the pan allows for better browning, braising, and roasting. The heat capability is amazing, and it will stay hot for hours, perfect for dinner time. I love to serve individual mac and cheese in this pan, the crusting on the edge is magnificent.

Staub gratin baking dishes offer some very convenient features. The enameled surfaces are easy release and easy to clean. High flared handles, allow for better spacing in an oven and easy transportation

Great gratin dish

This is the perfect serving dish for casseroles, gratins, and ratatouille recipes. I love the heritage look of the handles on this baking dish. With it being cast iron, it does a great job heating and being versatile where it can go from oven to table to fridge. A great dish to have for serving great meals. Also love that Graphite color, really goes well with any decor!
