Having ingredients measured and staged before beginning any recipe is a must. These Staub ceramic prep bowls are freezer, microwave and oven safe, for your chilled butter, egg whites, melted chocolate, etc. Porcelain enameled finish will not absorb odors from onions or color from your red peppers. Versatile bowls can also be used for baking and serving and clean up easily in the dishwasher..
