This beautiful 9.5 inch bread knife cuts with such ease, you'll surely be amazed.
The Miyabi Black is one of my favorite lines because it truly is a work of art. The handle is like nothing else and fits well in your hand. The blade is exquisite, durable, and scalpel-like sharp.

superior bread knife

This is a top of the line bread knife. The blade is made of 133 layers of steel with a super hard core. The blade is very sharp and cuts right through even the crustiest of breads. Its great for tomatoes, citrus and anything else with a tougher outside and a softer interior. The Ash handle is very unique and smooth. There is a lot of artistry and craftsmanship in this knife from the mosaic pin in the handle to the Damascus flower pattern on the blade.

Best bread knife ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] making homemade bread for 3 years. Getting crusty sourdough slices thin had been a challenge prior to this knife. Hopefully maintaining edge when resharpening will continue for decades. Handle is over the top in design beauty.
