It provides effortless cutting and sits comfortably in your hand. I like the length for cutting larger artisanal breads. It is replacing a Henckels bread knife which is 20+ years old so I am a big fan of the company.

Make cutting bread a breeze with this Kaizen bread knife. The round handle is very comfortable and the durable steel blade will never need sharpening.

The bread knife was included in our Kaizen set. It's become one of our favorites. We are so happy with the quality and sharpness. They are comfortable and beautiful to look at.

This knife is super sharp serrated edge designed for cutting through crusty loaves of bread, without smashing the inside. This is a hand made, detail oriented blade...and, it shows! Every inch of this knife is quality.

Beautiful Japanese crafted knife. The 65 layer damascus serrated blade glides effortless through hard bread crusts with clean slices. Also excellent for baked sweet breads, angel food cake, tomatoes and citrus fruit.

This Miyabi Knife is razor sharp & the serrated blade cuts through crusty loaves of bread easily. This Japanese Kaizen is hand made to perfection.

Beautiful bread knife to add to any knife collection. The serrations on this knife are super sharp and thin biting into the toughest bread crust without slippage. Great for cutting cake layers in half as well.
