[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bake apple pie for the holidays every year and presenting it in a nice dish makes a difference. This dish is absolutely beautiful. The handles are helpful. It can withstand up to 572 degrees in the oven which is great if I ever want to use this dish to broil or bake a small side dish.

Incredible Pie Dish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a budding pie baker inspired by Kate McDermott’s Art of the Pie, I was so lucky to get this gorgeous pie dish as a birthday gift. It is lighter than I expected, but so sturdy: therefore the ceramic heats up nicely to ensure crispy, light crusts. The handles are also great, in that they stick out far enough so that hot pads/oven mitts don’t get pie all over them when taking out of the oven. I could not be happier, and even though this was a gift for my October birthday, I have already added a second one to my Christmas list. Staub really is the best.

I love this pie dish and have it in all three colors. Pie crust bottoms just come out perfectly in this dish; no more soggy bottoms! It can go anywhere, microwave, freezer, broiler and oven. It is a pie dish you are going to be happy to put on the table

This pie dish does it all - freezer to oven to table. We love quiche and make it in multiples and a couple always go into freezer. I can take it right from the freezer and put it in oven when we need it. There is never any thermal shock so no cracking of the dish.

Blueberry pie will never look better than in this dark blue pie dish. The ceramic ensures perfectly crisp and brown crust while making clean up easy without a stain in sight!
