Great starter knives

I am a casual home cook who wants to get done cutting up my vegetables and aromatics with as little time as possible. I tried the 7" Santoku to mince an onion. It does the job with little effort given the amount I spent on it.

A beautiful blade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received my knife set I was immediately impressed. The blades are thin and sharp but feel well balanced. They slice through everything like butter. I’ll be watching out for my fingers. I’ve hand washed them so they’ll look great for a long time and I’m going to shop for a larger set now.

Beautiful knife set

The bigger one is a good size to cut cauliflower, carrots, and cucumbers. And the smaller one I use it for my fruits. They are sharp. The the weight of the knives is perfect.
