The Graphite collection of knives is a really good choice if you're looking for a forged knife at a value price. These knives are forged from high quality stainless steel so they will be corrosion resistant and have a nice sharp edge. The full stainless steel style is contemporary and easy to keep clean. The handles have a nice graphite colored contrast to the polished stainless blades. This boning knife is short and slim with a flexible blade and a sharp point making it perfect for maneuvering around bones, fat and skin to trim your meat.

The aesthetic of the Graphite boning knife is really sleek. This German stainless steel forged boning knife is really great to use for slicing meats, fish, or even peeling fruits like oranges or tomatoes. It has a nice weight to it and the handles contours nicely in hand for easy and safe gripping while slicing foods.

Another knife I bought for my son in law. He cooks at a country club, and needs affordable quality knives. These fit the bill. he says they feel good are nto so heavy that they wear you wout when using them. Great product!

Stylish and modern knife design, beautiful in graphite! This boning knife will certainly do the job. It is sharp, flexible, and durable to debone the meat and can also be a filleting knife depending on the needs. Comfortable D- shaped stainless steel knife handle.

Nice boning knife for the value. Has the right amount of flex and thiness to slide over bones for easy cleaning. Well balanced with a sharp edge this knife will get a lot of use.
