When shopping for value priced knives you might be on a budget but you don't want to sacrifice sharpness and durability. Dynamic series will not disappoint and are perfect for a starter kitchen . Stamped from a single sheet of high quality stainless steel they are light weight and corrosion resistant. I like the way the handle is high on the bolster because it provides a comfortable area for my pinch grip. An eight in bread knife is a staple in a home kitchen because it is short enough to use on tomatoes and citrus and other medium sized cutting tasks but it is long enough to be useful on a larger loaf of bread as well. Serrated knives never need to be sharpened so this sturdy knife will last you a very long time.

Single piece construction with traditional three riveted handle. This bread knife has good weight and balance. The serrated edge cuts through hard crusts of bread and anything soft inside with a firm exterior.

The Henckels International line was developed using German engineering and technology adapted to a more value priced line. The Dynamic knife line is a great value and good quality. It has the durable three rivet handle similar to the knives made in Germany. Its fine edge blade is made from high quality steel that will hold its edge nicely, is light and flexible.
A good bread knife that can slice through a crusty loaf of fresh bread or a large melon.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great knife bread such as bagel, baguette, loaf, and even cuts cake! This knife will be able to manage leafy vegetables, cantaloupe, tomato and etc. A well-made value product fabricated from high-quality 18/10 stainless steel, a single-piece, precision-stamped blade and stays sharp longer. It is a great value, lightweight, and has a comfortable handle. It is a low maintenance knives, great for indoor and outdoor. Perfect for young cook exploring cooking! It is dishwasher safe!

I used this knife to cut my loaf of sourdough bread and it did the job. It was still a little tough to cut through. I thought the edges would be a little more serrated. I also used it to cut tomatoes which is when I could feel how sharp the knife was as it sliced easily.

Zwilling does a great job of competing in the value cutlery market. The Henckels International knife lines are always a cut above the competition.This bread knife has a sharp points, an ergonomic handle for ease of handling, is light weight and well balanced. Good knife for the value.
