This Staub set can go from freezer to oven to table. Oven and broiler safe up to 572F, with no thermal shock which means no cracking. The dishes can also be used in the microwave and are dishwasher safe. They don't scratch or chip! Love that they nest in each other, great space saving bonus.

These dishes are tough...up to 565 degrees in fact. use for your sides or big lasagna...they clean fairly easily.

Perfect set of two oval baking dishes. Great for gratins. Can bake, and broil in these pans which makes for a perfectly browned top layer. Freezer and fridge safe, easy to prep in advance and cook or reheat at a later time. Love the white, makes for an outstanding presentation.

This is a great set. I love the Staub line, and these are good sizes for two people. Versatile, as you can use them in the microwave or conventional oven, and they look nice enough to serve from.
