Quality addition to my pro S knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bread knife has the same great feel and construction of my other Pro S knives, even though I purchased them 10 years ago. It is great to know that Zwilling has not sacrificed quality as many other makers have. Beautiful knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have bought several of the Professional "S" bread knives, after nearly 20 years, our first one was ready for replacement. In the mean time we had bought them for our parents, and our vacatiin home, cause we couldn't do without it.

The best bread knife I've ever used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this knife as a wedding gift, and it is incredible in terms of it's weight and sharpness. I've used other knives, but this knife stays sharp even though we've been using it with the crustiest breads.

But do not come with permanent protective sleeves such expensive knives but you cheap out on a sleeve . Why ?
