One of the Toughest Bread Knives

This knife can get though even the densest breads beautifully. Made from German Special Formula Steel and forged from one piece of steel, the knife is flexible and superbly sharp.
Lifetime warranty, that says it all.

We've had our Professional S bread knife for years and it's still sharp. It's so handy for breads, bagels, and even tomatoes. The serration tackles the crusty exterior or tough skin of the tomato and then the sharpness on the curves of the blade slice right through the soft interiors. Great addition to our block.

Great serrated knife

This is a great bread knife. This is one of my go-to knives in the kitchen. The serration is so much better than other serrated bread knives I’ve used. This does a beautiful job of cleanly slicing bread, fruit, meat without tearing or squishing.

Excellent Bread Knife

Traditional German knife with serrated edge for cutting anything with a soft interior and hard exterior. In addition to slicing crusty bread, this knife can be used for home baked sweet breads, angel food cake, tomatoes and citrus fruit.

It's the perfect size for large crusty loaves of bread. I also use this knife to slice watermelon, over sized eggplant and tomatoes. the handle is comfortable and the knife is sturdy and balanced.

One Great Bread Knife!

What a wonderful feel to use this bread knife. Versatility is outstanding and comfortable in the hand. This knife can cut bread, vegetables like cabbage, kale, and few more leafy vegetables. This knife serrated edge is can be as versatile to cutting big fruits that has thicker skin.

This is a great bread knife! The serrated blade is very sharp and doesn’t leave and ton of crumbs. Plus you can use it for so much more, Large fruit with thick skin, vegetables, subs and sandwiches!
