Great Japanese blade

We are vegetarians so prep a lot of veggies and fruits. This knife is so incredibly sharp. It's a little more lightweight than some other knives I have, which is nice. The handle is quite round so very comfortable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Let this bigger Kaizen chef's knife tackle the bigger prep tasks. With a comfortable handle, perfectly balanced weight and mega sharp and durable Damascus blade, this Chef's knife won't let you down.
